Files that need to exist
 /.htaccess doesn't exist!.  /app/config/dfg/upgrade_state.php exists.
Please verify the required files exist in the installation.
Please copy over the files from the installation archive into the gallery folder.

Check for writable files and directories
 /resources/cache/ is writable.  /resources/images/original/ is writable.  /resources/images/large/ is writable.  /resources/images/thumbnail/ is writable.  /app/config/dfg/upgrade_state.php is writable.
